    Our Mother’s Day Service was once again very well attended.     Year 5 have been learning how to keep safe on the roads whilst riding their bikes.   6. Year 5 First Aiders

    Year 5 learned the basics of First Aid, including the vital information of how to put someone into the recovery position and how to administer CPR.     Year 6 had a wonderful theme day to help support their understanding of life in the 1940s. They took on the role of evacuees and who were sent from London to Darfield to escape the Blitz in WW2.   8. Year 3 Artists

    Year 3 had a wonderful afternoon learning how to improve their artistic skills from a local artist. The children practised their sketching skills with a still life activity before producing some wonderful paintings of landscapes. I’m sure you will agree that we have some budding artists in Year 3!  

  9. World Book Day

    As part of our continuing efforts to promote Reading in school we supported World Book Day by coming to school dressed in our pyjamas ready for a bedtime story.
